Birthday Blues

And by blues I mean the adorable sweatshirt that Emers wore on my birthday. That girl looks good in anything (bitch). It is crazy how fast things change with babies. Emers has really gone through a huge cognitive growth these last couple of days (and hair growth too-look at the cute wings on top of her ears). She now asks for things (by grunting, but whatever) and reaches out. She went to her highchair yesterday and asked to be put in it. I guess I should be feeding her. She also has a HUGE attitude and told her father to "talk to the hand" by shaking her head no and thrusting her hand out at his face (you go girl! But if you ever try to pull that shit with me...). I freaking love this girl.

More pics from the lake

Emers insisted. These pictures are from before she face planted into the chair and cut her nose. Serves her right, little miss perfect. (Walking up and down hills isn't so easy-especially if you are drunk, but this post is about Emer, not me).

A day at the lake with the Canadians

We spent a great day at Honeoye Lake with our friends. Emer threatened Jeremiah that she was going to throw him into the lake. She quickly realized that all the drinks she had made her feel much larger then she really is. She is very intimidating though. Don't get into a staring contest with her.

The Canadians were there, as was another member of the pretty girls club (Molly). I told Emers that the name "the pretty girls club" made her sound conceited-she gave me the same look that she gave Jeremiah, so I quickly shut my mouth.

In case you doubted how Klassy we are

That is Klassy with a K, thankyouverymuch

Starting over

Welcome! If you found this blog by mistake-I am sorry. If you know me-I am sorry too! If you don't like sarcasm and swearing you should probably leave right now. Like right this very moment. You are still here, so I assume you don't attend church regularly. Shit damn, let's get things started then.

Disclaimer (One of many to come):
Yeah, so I suck at keeping this blogging stuff going. I also suck at a lot of other things. Future message to Emer: I really do love you and I am sorry that I didn't do a baby book and that there are no hospital pics of you and I (I told you I suck).

Well now that that is done, I am going full speed ahead with this blog. Hopefully my followers (ahem-Paige, LuLu are you out there??) will enjoy this new blog.
